創作概念源自救護現場的互助景象，不論是警消對民眾的救護救災、隊員之間的協助打氣、或民間發起的救助活動，都是出自一個信念，珍惜寶貴生命，疼惜並守護的心意，因此以兩隻手相握相助的視覺呈現，以消防水管為媒材，與環境及建物對話。
正向打氣話語：利用光照變化，讓正向打氣的文字映照在牆面敘述，隨著時間流動，讀取守護的心意。
左側： EVERY ONE CAN HELP SOMEONE
出自美國前總統雷根Ronald Reagan. 每個人都能幫助一些人。

The visualization of two connecting and supporting hands using fire pipe enhances the conversation between environments and the physical structure.
